| Some applications require or operate better when your
drives have a volume label. You can create this
quite easily by opening your My Computer applet
and right clicking on Your drive you wish to give
a label. For e.g.: C:\ drive. You get a panel
like the one below. |
| You
can pick what ever you want to name your drive
volume. e.g.: Your First Name. If you have
partitions in place you can give a volume label
to each partitioned off drive as well. |
